Return Policy

All sale items are FINAL for undergarments. No returns accepted. 

Apparel may be exchanged if Waistless Ladies LLC is contact in first 48 hours of receiving the clothing. No refunds will be granted for the customer.  Exchange item must be in new condition. Customer will be given store credit if original item is no longer available in stock.  Store Credit can be applied to purchase any other item in stock and customer can pay the difference if store credit is not sufficient.

Waistless Ladies LLC is not responsible for shipping cost to return an item for an exchange.  

Note: Due to manufacturer restrictions regarding hygiene laws for undergarments, this item cannot be returned.

WAISTLESS LADIES only allows returns or exchanges when negligence is present on our part. Example: We may have shipped you the wrong size or item(s).

Waistless Ladies is Not Responsible for the Non-Usuage of Active Promotional codes. No Refund or Adjustments will be granted.
